LOL We are trying to expand and bring awareness to health, wellness (and specifically yoga) to our rural communities. Working with Humanity Healing & OM Times - we are co-piloting the yoga-2-GO program. Do you teach or just enjoy? We are looking for teachers to work with & build, as well 2 practice

Hi Theresa, Glad to see that you're expanding the Yoga events. Sounds like it's working out for all involved. I'm going to have to miss this Saturday though, my daughter is dancing with an entertainment troupe in Gatlinburg and we'll be joining her tomorrow. Next Saturday I'll be running the Missionary Ridge road race. Hopefully the 21st will see me back to TBA. Maybe I'll have to look into Night Owl Yoga on weekdays.
